CHECK PROPERTY (minimum 3 times a week) Your property is checked 3 to 5 times a week at no set time for security, and also to keep down pest breeding such as cockroach and rodents. Checking you have no faults with water or electric while your property is not occupied. CLEAN PROPERTY Clean property and swimming pools, full laundry etc. ready for Your use or clients including mid week towel change. Making sure water heaters, Fridge/Freezers etc. are put on the day before. PROPERTY LETTING We can put your property forward to the top Villa & Apartment operators (commission free) if you require an income to cover your costs We also act as reps in resort for all your clients With a 24 hour telephone number.
